I would highly recommend Martin Docks for anyone looking for a new dock, boat lift, etc. We were new to lake life and the entire team was super helpful there. They truly care about your experience. They take the time to answer all your questions, no matter how small that question may be. That goes from the sales team, to the back office, to the installation team. I did not encounter one person who didn't show that attitude, which is very rare to see across the board at a company and speaks to the great culture they have there. Very high level service all around and appreciate their attention to detail.

We absolutely love our new dock from Martin Docks. We spent a lot of time researching and vetting all the dock builders on the lake. We are so glad we went with Martin. The dock is solidly built and welded. It stands up well to the strong winds and waves we get. Everyone at Martin Docks was great to work with.

Three weeks ago I went down to check to see if I needed to move dock out. It had a foot of water under the floats, so it will be good while I'm out of town. Wrong, got back, waited three days to go move the dock. Called Martin Docks on Monday and they worked me in on Tuesday morning. Remember this is Thanksgiving week, they are busy and they will be closed half the week for holiday. But still, they helped me out.
